3) For registrations of three or more individuals in a group, please call, mail or fax the PAMFT offices to receive a $10.00 discount on each registrant.

PLEASE NOTE: If you will be using your fax, conference registrations MUST:
a) Be faxed to: 215-893-3071
b) Be paid for by cheque (we cannot process credit card payments through this method at this time) - alternatively, you can still register online (see above)
